Employee of the Month August 2023 - Mohammadul Kabir Tusher

Mohammadul Kabir Tusher is a Webmaster Mid at American Best IT and has been named Employee of the Month for August 2023. Tusher has been with the company for over 4 years and he is a generally quiet guy who responds to all work requests with full dedication. Recently he showed his dedication on the Luxury Bath by Innovative Restorations project, where his role as a Webmaster Mid intersected with design, development, and content teams. Instead of focusing solely on his designated tasks, he proactively sought opportunities to collaborate across all departments which enabled the project to be a noticeable success.

He truly is a team player as when the company needed someone to step up to take the night shift he took on that responsibility despite having a family. He took on the odd working hours of the night shift because of his dedication and love for the organization. We recognize that he may not have previously received the recognition he deserves; which is why we are proud to have him as our Employee of the Month for August 2023!
